I am managing director (designate) of The Stage Media Company. Prior to this, I was editor of The Stage from 2014 to 2026. I am also the chair of the charity Get Into Theatre, which provides information to young people interested in pursuing a career in the performing arts, and the author of two major industry reports, the London Theatre Report and the Theatre Workforce Review.
