What you can expect from our recruitment process
We know looking for a new opportunity can be a stressful and nervous experience. We want to help make you feel more at ease.
How we recruit
We prefer to recruit directly via our job boards, via Creative Access and any other relevant job boards.
We take time to carefully consider each candidate who has chosen to apply to us. We endevour to respond to every application we receive.
Our interview process
Interviews can be time consuming and full of uncertainty. We want to do our best to support your candidate experience with us.
Although we are very interested in your skills and experience, we want to get to know who you are, what you stand for and why you want to work with us.
For most roles, you can expect:
- a two-stage process
- first meeting tend to be virtual
- at least one meeting will be at our office
You will get the opportunity to meet various members of our team, each of whom bring their own uniqueness to our company.

We have a smart casual dress code so anything you feel comfortable in within this category will be suitable. We want you to feel comfortable.

We aim to not take up more than 45 minutes to one hour of your time. If you are visiting us, travelling to/from our office will depend on where you are coming from. If your time is limited, please feel free to let us know.

We try to balance taking time to consider each candidate against not taking too long to make a decision. This can take 2-3 weeks depending on time taken to complete our interview process.

You may be asked to complete a test if it is necessary to consider a particular skill which we feel is very important part of the role. You may be asked to present something as an alternative. We will provide you with advance notice. If reasonable adjustment will allow you to be more at ease, please let us know.
